The Council on Wage and Price Stability today announced a study to examine the total impact of Federal regulation upon the steel industry. The object of the study is to arrive at a better understanding of the combined effect of Federal regulatory policies upon a key domestic industry, with emphasis on the aggregate benefits and aggregate costs. which result from the application of all regulations.
