Before the Interstate Commerce Commission:Petition of Council on Wage and Price Stability for Leave to Intervene

The Council on Wage and Price Stability respectfully requests permission to intervene in this reopened proceeding. The Council is empowered by Congress to intervene in rate making proceedings before any of  departments and agencies of the United States and therefore has interest in this proceeding. The Council’s interest here relates to the issues of railroad ratemaking on which we have commented in several other Commission proceedings.
