Before the Interstate Commerce Commission: Reopening of Section 5a Application Proceedings to Take Additional Evidence

By notice dated December 30, 1977 the Interstate Commerce Commission (Commission) reopened all application proceedings in which rate bureau agreements had been approved under section Sa of the Interstate Commerce Act. Rate bureau applicants were required to submit evidence and other interested parties were provided an opportunity to reply to initial statements. These comments reply to Southern Motor Carriers Rate Conference, Inc., Eastern Central Motor Carriers Association, Inc., and Central and Southern Motor Freight Tariff Association, Inc.
