The Council on Wage and Price Stability (Council) hereby submits its comments to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC or Commission) in opposition to the proposed general increases in rates and charges sought by the Southern Motor Carriers Rate Conference (SMCRC). We ask the Commission to suspend this proposed rate increase pending further investigation.
