This Regulatory Analysis Review Group (RARG) Report addresses issues raised by an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposal concerning the regulation of hazardous wastes.!/ The proposed regulations represent “a comprehensive program to protect the public health and environment from improper disposal of hazardous waste,” as called for by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

Council Opposes Higher Bus Rates
